I am totally pissed with macy's customer service. Talking to "peggy" in india whom i could not understand kept me on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor who never got on the phone.
Finally i called back an got someone in the phillipines who was helpful he then transferred me to some else now this is one hour to clear up a late charge which they claimed payment was received 1 day late, even though i sent it in 5 days before the due date. Am i suppose to be responsible for the mail?
Well i will not be using macy's anymore even though i have been a customer for 30 years without ever late fee's. When macy's decides to bring these jobs back to america where we do get good customer service, then i will once again use them.
