Wesley Berry Flower Delivery Express does not live up to any claims. The customer service is not 24 hours.
The customer service rep told me if you get the answering service to hang up because they are worthless. That is an understatement. I ordered a simple flower arrangement. I received a text message & email that the delivery had been made.
The flowers were NEVER delivered. I had to make 6 phone calls and send 2 emails before I actually got the PROMISE that delivery would be made a day later. As for their 100% satification guarantee that is a joke. I was offer a discount on future orders.
I was shuffled around, talked to like I was a village and given the worse service of my life. Do not use this company.
It is not reputable and the customer service reps are not empowered to do, say or fix anythin.
