Placed order for Comfy Control Harness. Taken to a screen offering free shipping & handling if I upgraded to Deluxe Comfy Control Harness for additional $4.99.
Figured that was worth it, so accepted. Lo & behold, they charged me the extra $4.99, plus $11 something for shipping & handling. Turns out to get free shipping you have to click on a button that says order qualifies for shipping rebate & then sign up for "30-day no cost review" of shipping.com, AND provide your credit card info again. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have upgraded.
Website has no email address. There's a phone # with warning that due to high volume of calls it may be difficult to reach a customer representative.
I'm guessing it will be downright impossible. There's a mailing address & I will be writing a letter, but I'm sure it will just be laughed at and thrown away.
