I order flowers on-line from Flower Delivery Express, my first mistake, then received a confirmation email from Wesley Berry Flowers that they would be handling my delivery. All seems right with the world, correct?
Actually, that was the end to an absolute nightmare that has now been 2 days and appears to have no end in sight.in summary, I over charged for flowers that were not even close to what I ordered and when trying to contact them all their numbers have been busy or your forced to voicemail. Their email addresses for "customer service" or "customer relations" returns an auto reply of the mailbox is full and your message cannot be delivered!
Please for your own peace of mind avoid the companies at all cost. The pictures on their site look good but that is the only thing good about these companies.
