I have fallen for this fraud company twice now which is my fault. The first time, they sent the flowers in a JAR (not vase as advertised on site) in which the flowers were HALF the size of what I ordered and ALMOST DEAD.
The leaves were wilted, the petals were brown, and when the box was opened, a smell of rotting fish emitted from the package. The jar itself also had a HUGE crack along the side of it. I complained to the customer service department and after 1.5 weeks of correspondence with different people over and over, I finally recieved a $30 credit back and an apology from "Wesley Berry" himself. Thinking this was sincere, I used the service again, paid ANOTHER amount for shipping, handling, and for the flowers themselves after the credit was applied and this time... The flowers were NEVER DELIVERED!
This is beyond the worst company ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR flowers-nationwide.com!!!
That site is also a trap that links the order to Wesley Berry! Report this business to the Better Business Bureau if you have problems.
