Complaint / review text:
I made an appointment with Sharon to have my new blinds installed on March 3. She set up the appointment for 1-3 pm window, that was fine. Come Thursday, March 1st, I get a call from Nick, the installer, that he's coming between 9-11 am. He leaves me the number for Sharon if there were any problems. So I called Sharon twice leaving her a message that I thought my window was 1-3 pm and if she would confirm the new time with me of 9-11am. I had a doctor's appointment for 10:30 on 3/3 and I had to cancel that. Never did Sharon call me back to confirm the new or the original scheduled appointment so I got annoyed. So I didn't know what time Nick was coming at that point. Anyway, he did arrive 9:45 and he was quick so I was happy all the blinds got installed but annoyed at Sharon for not having the courtesy to return my call!
