Complaint / review text:
I ordered flowers from Florist Express to be delivered to my Mom 2 days before Mother's Day to ensure that she would get them atleast but Mother's Day. Today is 16 May which is 3 days AFTER Mother's Day and she still has NOT been delivered the flowers.
They have now written me the 3rd email telling me that they cannot find a florist who is able to get the flowers to my mom. I have never had this problem with 1800 Flowers or ProFlowers.
I am so angry b. C now my mom didn't get her roses on Mother's Day. I am stationed in Germany so it is beyond impossible to hand deliver them to her and this was my way of showing my Mom that I love her and appreciate her on Mother's Day and they FAILED me!
