I ordered my Mother's day flowers a week in advance and to be delivered on thursday to help ease up the deliveries on the sat/sun run... Thinking that would be easiest on the florist. NOT!
I never got a confirmation email. Then i had to call they said it was delivered at 1pm. So i called my mom and asked... Did you get a delivery today... She had no idea what i was talking about. So surprise ruined! Called back and to find out what happened.
They had a delivery of 1pm at first, but since the florist was closed i had to call back in the morning after 10. Called again in the morning and they never fixed the address. Then couldn't redeliver until tuesday, but did offer a free upgrade. Ok, so it's busy, i got a free upgrade, i'm ok with that.
So now it's Wednesday morning. Still no delivery confirmation email, so i texted my mom to see if she got em. She sent me a picture. If i were my mother, i would be offened at the poor CHEAP quality of the arrangement they sent.
IT WASNT even the arrangement i ordered and it sure wasn't the free upgrade! A Beautiful arrangement of mixed colorful flowers (what ordered) was delivered at 6 red carnation, and 6 yellow daises, and filled with cheapo greenery and babies breath! NOT even close to the original arrangement. Called extremely pissed: got offered 15%, then 30%.
Then they said they would refund my order and then they picked the flowers back up from mother's work!
I was mortified!!! I couldn't even get a supervisor on the phone. And i can't find a corporate number anywhere!
