Complaint / review text:
I purchased two tickets for a concert in Atlanta on the 20th of October. I purchased the tickets on Sept. 30, and was told the tickets would be Federal Expressed to me within 24 hours of purchase. After not receiving the tickets for a week, I called Official-Tickets-Online to inquire about my tickets. I was told that the seller decided to change the delivery method to Will-Call at the concert, although neither the seller nor Official-Online-Tickets felt it was necessary to notify me.
Then on the day of the concert, I was called by Official-Online-Tickets at 5pm for a 7pm show and was told that the tickets would not be available to me until 10 minutes before the show started. I told the Official-Online-Tickets employee (Chelsee) that 10 minutes prior to the event was not acceptable and asked her if she could call the seller back and ask them to have the tickets available at least an hour before the show. She told me that it was not their responsibility. After several minutes of conversation, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no. I was told that there was nothing anyone else could do for me and that she would not allow me to talk with anyone else with her company. I asked for an address or name of a supervisor to make a complaint. I was told she could take the complaint and would not provide anything after repeated request.
As we worried, we showed up to the concert, called 10 minutes before the show, and there were no tickets. After calling the seller, I was told that he would be there shortly. He did finally show up at 10 minutes after 7pm. The seats were as promised, but what a nightmare getting them. It sucks to go to an event and have to go through these hassles. I have used other ticket brokers and never had a problem. Tickets always arrive as advertised, and the brokers are always helpful and courteous. I will never use Official-Online-Tickets.net again. Buyer, beware.
