Ebay does not know how to evaluate a seller; yet, they admit it themselves when I've spoken to them. I've sent letters to the president again without response. My feedback is stellar and eBay still finds a way to keep my performance low, absolutely no need for this. There are various customers. I don't know who are and are not told, who send some sort of feedback that affects me over a year. It could just be one complaint, arbitrary also. Ebay does not evaluate seller's properly at all and it's frankly appalling! I wish your company would obviously contact eBay about all the negative feedback regarding seller practices at eBay. It is way below standard in terms of how sellers are treated!
