In May 2012 I ordered some nice linen yarn from discountyarnsale.com. After following up with them over the months, I asked for my money back in Oct 2012 as it was obvious I was not going to get my yarn.
I filed a BBB complaint in Nov as I had not heard a peep since asking for refund. When I threatened an FTC complaint, the co gave me a merchandise credit (not acceptable! Since the issue is they are not actually sending the merchandise!). I am now pursuing legal solutions and telling my story to anyone who will listen as a means of helping other avoid this really miserable experience.
