If you have a problem getting the product or service you paid for, you are out of luck trying to get a refund. I purchased an auto detail package.
Could not reach the seller. After two weeks I contact Groupon "support". They said they would "pursue on my behalf". Two weeks later, still no response.
I contacted Groupon again asking for a refund. They may have just as well laughed in my face. Once again they said they will "pursue on my behalf". They would give no indication of how or when I could get a refund.
So much for dealing with Groupon.
Please be aware that, if you have a problem with the seller, it's only the beginning of your problems. Groupon will stonewall you.
