Please, please please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and tell everyone you know. They are terrible. You will not get your flowers delivered, and if you do, they will be poor quality.
I first ordered roses for them back in November for a family members birthday. They were having a special. When they were delivered, they came in a box from UPS and when she took them out, they were wilted, sagging and poor quality. I did not know they were coming in a box, and sure enough in fine brint on the website, there it was - this is why they were cheap. I called a service rep and expressed my frustration, she said she'd send new ones out and hung up. Okay then.
Second batch of flowers came, slightly better than the first - but nothing to write home about. Because of the first experience, I had a credit on my account.
This led me to purchase AGAIN from them - this time a full arrangement (figuring that would be better coming from a florist) for a friends 30th birthday. They say delivery will be until 6pm on weekends - at 5:59pm, they call me to say they can't deliver the flowers due to the Valentines day rush (it was two days past valentines day at this point). I was frustrated, but they offered a deluxe upgrade on the arrangement and to deliver them Monday (it was Saturday). I said okay since I knew my friend was off that Monday.
Monday came and went - NO FLOWERS. I finally had to call her today (tuesday) to confirm - she didn't receive them. I was so frustrated. I called the company - they apologized, said they would re-send today and call my friend to apologize. I said no, I already had that awkward conversation and to please just give me my money back.
Their service stinks. Don't order from them!!!
