Complaint / review text:
We are a Seller on eBay. We sold a item to a buyer, which ask for ship first, pay later. We denied and he left negative feedback, I quote: Counterfeit golf balls from China. Not Titleist Prov1's. EBAY contacted.
Then we found out, he did that to another buyer for the same item as well. We left feedback for this buyer too, stating, that he makes false statements regarding us. We just found out, that this Feedback got removed and ours is still on. Then, we got an email from on of our customers saying, that this Buyer contacted him and tells him, not to buy from us. What can we do against him and what can we do against eBay to take this negative feedback of and get this buyer suspended???
We lost until today aboy $4000 USD.
