I ordered one pair of shoes for my girlfriend back in November. On the site, it does give you an option to be a member, but I did not become one. I did a one time order. The shoes were great and I hadn't heard anything from them since. The other day, I checked my account and saw a random charge of $39.99 from JustFab. I called them and apparently I was in the system as a member, and come to find out they had charged my card 5 payments of $39.99 since November. That's almost $200! I told them the issue and rather than give me a full refund, they tried to sell me on staying in the membership. Ha, no.
After a lot of debate, they gave me a refund for 2 months and said I have to use the other three credits of $120 on their website. And I couldn't cancel until after I used them? So I ordered my girlfriend 3 new pairs of shoes and called them back. Once again, instead of immediately cancelling my membership, they told me that I should wait until I got the shoes in case they didn't fit. Ya, let's wait until I get them so they can take another $39.99 out for the next month? No, thank you. They finally let me cancel and surprise, surprise! When the 3 pairs of shoes came in, 2 pairs were the exact same! They messed up the order and sent us 2 pairs of identical wedges, except one was size 8 and the other is size 7.5.
Thankfully, my credit card is now safe and my girlfriend can wear 2/3 pairs of the shoes they made me buy. Great!
