Complaint / review text:
I charged several items on my Macy's charge card and paid them off completely; the last payment was 1 day late and they assessed a late fee AND interest. I called them and asked them to adjust it since I paid off the balance 100%.
They declined and I said "cancel my account" as I do not want to do business with a company like this. Well...in the 4 months since I keep getting new bills and they keep adding late fees upon late fees and interest... All the while with no additional purchase...
I hope a Macy's executive reads this and acts... But I know that is unlikely.
