This is by far the worst on-line purchasing experience I have had, I should have checked Yelp and this website first. I placed an order on July 24th and received a confirmation.
They charged my credit card 3 days later and as of August 9th I had not received my order nor an update of the order status. I called to see what was delaying the order and was told that some of the items I were still on backorder.
I am filing a credit card dispute form against this disreputable company today. My advise is to stay clear unless you appreciate poor customer service, no communication or paying for merchandise that is out of stock or on back order.
