Complaint / review text:
I sent in the IPod touch for a new screen. When the device was returned the unit would not hold a charge and the screen at times went blank making the IPod unresponsive. Approx. One month later the screen began to come off and we sent the unit back under warranty from the prior repair. The technician called and said the repair could not be done without additional fees. I didn't understand why the screen they replaced was not covered to repair and wish we had gone elsewhere to repair the unit initially. It hasn't worked right since being sent away initially.
