I placed an order for two bras back in April of this year. 6 months later, I get an email saying they were going to charge my credit card for $9.95 for shipping that was not charged at the time of the order. Fortunately, I keep all of my online shopping receipts. I looked back, and I did pay for the shipping at the time of purchase. So, I am being charged twice for shipping on an order I placed 6 months ago. I called customer service, but "no one was available to help me" on a Saturday. I will call back on Monday, but I am very unsatisfied. I warn everyone that also got this email to double check their order. This feels like a scam to me.
