Same as the other recent reviews. I placed an order 6 months ago in May during a one day sale and received the same email today, October the 15th, saying there's been a billing error. And now I'm being charged for shipping in the next 10 days on my credit card. Honestly, most of my order turned out to be out of stock and never arrived. Now I'm going to be doing what I wouldn't have done at the time I placed the order. Paying shipping that equals more than the single item that was actually in stock and shipped to me. I'm very hesitant to ever place another order with them. It may not be a lot of money, but I don't think it's how you treat customers if you really want to keep them.
