Last April, I placed an order for multiple items and received free shipping. On October 15, I received a suspicious email for $7.95 for shipping charges. I thought it was a joke because I have always received good customer care from Fredericks. That changed when I called their Customer Service line. I knew something was up when the first thing that happened was that I was transferred to a different office. When I explained the situation, the woman was cold and uncaring. She stated that no one in the company could remove the charges. I offered to send the items back for a refund. If they can come back six months later and bill me for free shipping charges, then I should be able to return the items. She stated that I could not return the items and that corporate was listening in. I am glad that corporate is listening because I will not purchase anything from them again. I am great customer of Fredericks until now!
