Complaint / review text:
I bought a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived and I am pleased with them. However, I have now been charged another $39.95 and am FURIOUS because I called to get this charge reversed and they told me they won't do it. I have to buy something to use the "credit." I said I want to cancel my account, but the woman on the line kept telling me to just go online or call every month and opt out so I don't get charged. She wouldn't cancel the account. I asked for a supervisor, but they "aren't taking calls because of the high call volume." I found out that I was speaking with someone in a call center, not an employee of the company.
When I asked for a direct phone number for the company, the woman put me on hold for 20 minutes then my call was transferred to another company's line. I don't like the styles they sell and don't want to purchase anything else from them, but apparently I have to go on their website every month and opt out or they are going to keep charging me. I guess I'll have to close my checking account to keep these charges from coming every month. This is ridiculous and my 21 year old daughter will go barefoot before I'll ever buy from Just Fab again!
