Ordered from nomorerack.com from work in Brazil. Order looked fine.
I received confirmation #. 18 days later still nothing received. Tried to log in and account is locked. Email customer service tell them I would like to check on the status of my order.
Received email from them about account issue. Emailed them back again asking about my order. Received reply saying since I ordered it from a Brazil IP address that the order was blocked and account suspended. I can understand if that is their policy as they say a lot of online companies are doing that.
But that should be stated somewhere no ordering from overseas. I received a confirmation number like everything went through.
No follow up email from them to make think any different. You have to allow up to 14 days to receive your order anyway so two weeks went by before I even thought I had a problem.
