I ordered flowers on 11/23/2013 for my mother-in-laws birthday on 11/27/2013. I specified "florist delivered" after a previous experience where they sent a "flower kit" (raggedy flowers and a vase delivered by UPS that had to be assembled).
The flowers were never delivered. I called the following day and was promised that they would contact the florist and call me back within 24 hours. I called again after another couple of days and they said they were having problems contacting the original florist and offered to call another florist in her area and send an upgraded arrangement. Duh!
If I hadn't called back would they just have let it go?
I am extremely disappointed and will never call FTD again. Next time I'll go on the internet to find a florist in her area and talk to a real person.
