After ordering a pair of boots last month during their $19.95 sale, I cancelled my membership as I did not want the recurring fee. First, it says fits true to size and the shoes were at least a size and a half too small. When I returned them, it said that it placed a larger size on hold and would exchange them. When I sent the item back, I was instead informed that they didn't have that item that was said to be on hold and instead they credited my account $19.95, which leaves you unable to buy another pair of shoes as they are $20 more than that.
I have repeatedly called to cancel and ask to be refunded the charge that they placed on my account this month and been denied cancelling. I spoke with my bank to dispute the charges and was asked to speak with them one last time about getting it refunded, then wait for it to clear and dispute it. When I called JustFab back to say this, they would still not refund it then would not cancel my account as it would be cancelled after I filed a claim to dispute it.
Every time you try and cancel they give you the run around and then tell you it will be cancelled and that you will receive an email and that email never arrives. I was also told that I received several reminders to skip this month which would tell me that I was still an active member and never received any of those emails until after they had charged me. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.
