I ordered some shoes for the first time as a Christmas present. When I ordered them online, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. So I called customer service to get it fixed.instead of fixing the order, the rep cancelled the first order and put in another whole new order. So my card was charged twice in one day. When the shoes arrived, I was in shock. Someone had crossed off the correct size on the box and sent me the wrong size. So once again I had to call back customer service. I decided to keep the wrong size shoe and give it someone else. And just order another of the shoes in the right size. I figured because it was their error they would still honor the price on the shoe. But they didn't. They charged me full price!!!
When I saw the charges on my card. I called customer service again. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. The first rep hung up on me after waiting 15 mins to talk to the so-called supervisor. I called again. Got hung up on again. Called again and the rep kept putting me on hold. And coming back telling me "I can help you" and I kept saying, "Please let me speak to your supervisor." After another 20 mins I finally got to talk to a very rude supervisor named Stephen who was in no way a help to me! He kept telling me that I shouldn't have gotten the shoes for that price and basically tough luck. He wasn't going to honor the original price of the shoes. It really bugs me how a business can treat a paying customer like that! I will never purchase ANYTHING from JustFab again!!
