Consequences? Ordered Dec 18,2013 and to date product not here. Am leaving the city and Kitchen Aid has no idea when delivery will occur; keeps telling us to call delivery company which promises to call "tomorrow" to arrange delivery sometime? What to do? Would like to speak with someone in charge at Kitchen Aid to resolve situation. Cannot wait indefinitely. Want Visa credited with purchase amount or delivery guaranteed without me chasing a company somewhere in??? Is this a scam? Am I out over $400.00. Definitely would not recommend this site for purchases and service from customer service personnel. They do not take ownership for anything just keep moving the complaint from a voice to another voice in the wilderness! What a scam as far as I am concerned and very irate.
