I bought a baby walker back in August from a store about an hour away from where I live. This is my nearest store.in October my baby who was only 7 months old at the time managed to snap one of the toys off and choke on one of the pieces. This was by no means a cheap walker and was one of the more expensive ones and had only been used for about a month. I complained that I wanted a refund and that I thought this product was dangerous and that a seven month old baby should not be able to break toys off which could then become choking hazards. I received an email saying take it back to store. I explained I had no intention of driving for an hour to return it to the store. About 3 weeks later they emailed asking for me to send pictures which I did. I have heard nothing since despite sending several more emails and 2 letters. They're customer service is disgusting and I will never be shopping here again.
