Flower Delivery Express apparently contracted with Wesley Berry Flowers (800wesleys.com) to fulfill my order. I received a confirmation email from Wesley that flowers were to be delivered on the requested delivery date.
The flowers were never delivered. While other people were receiving their flowers, my daughter was left waiting & watching for a flower delivery that never came. I received no notification that there was an issue, nothing. Tried to contact Wesley, no answer by phone, email came back undeliverable.
Contacted Flower Delivery Express. They told me there was no 'guarantee' of delivery during peak holiday periods & I needed to call Wesley directly (which I had already tried to do). I finally had to go through PayPal to have the issue resolved. I wish I would have researched this company before ordering.
Why would they contract with a florist who has NUMEROUS complaints against them? Lesson learned!
