Complaint / review text:
I bought a phone in December. Beginning Feb it picked up a fault. I requested a return to resolve. The phone was sent 10 February by courier. Phoned twice in the last week and was told feedback would be given last week. I emailed on 27 Feb for an update but never received a response. Still no feedback on 2 March. I phoned today and tried to escalate but was told this takes a while but in any case feedback would only be given after 14 working days as the phone only got to them on the 17th. Sorry but couriers don't take a week and why did the others promise feedback already if this is not going to happen. I told Ricardo that based on the previous two promises for feedback that didn't happen I can't trust that it will now. Now I guess I will have to start causing issues and taking legal action to get an answer as being patient and waiting for promises is not working.
