Incompetence on another level!

Complaint / review text:
I had an account with homechoice which i was paying via debit order every month for the past 18 months. I had a balance of R47 and that seemed to be the final payment upon checking my bank statement i noticed the debit order was not taken for the final payment. I called the call center only to be put through to an arrogant customer service agent who told me that I should have paid cash. How the was i supposed to know that i must pay the final installment in cash. I asked to speak to a supervisor then caroline decides to put me on hold for atleast 8 mins not once telling me that her manager abongile is busy instead laughing and joking with her colleagues in the background while i wait like a fool. Abongile finally comes on the line telling me i should pay it or have a once off debit order yet my question to him is WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY inform me this how they operate with the last debit order!!! These people know nothing about customer service. Ref: 143176477. Gosh i am so grateful this is my last payment i will never purchase from home choice ever again i have had endless problems with them they can refer to my previous hello peters!!!
