Kalahari knows how to give great customer service

I recently broke my ankle and so am unable to drive. I had to buy a birthday present on line, and ordered a scarf and one other item. Delivery was free because it was above the cost threshold. When the items arrived within 24 hours (impressive), the scarf was not the one I had ordered. I was cross, because I thought I would have to go through the inconvenience of dropping it off somewhere to be returned. I called the call centre and they explained that I just need to go onto the website and request collection of the scarf. They do not switch, but they would refund the full cost and I could then I should just order the correct one again. So convenient! I did so, but because I was under the cost threshold, I was charged delivery fees. I emailed Kalahari, and within a few hours I had confirmation that they had given me a voucher for the cost of the delivery. This is the first time I have ever received the incorrect item, and the first time I have had to deal with returning it. It has been very convenient and I have been super impressed and will always make my first port of call in future. Thanks Great jo
