Complaint / review text:
I received my unrepaired device on the 24th of February 2015. The original call was logged in December 2014. When I opened the box, the two unrepaired cellphones that I also sent in was also included i. E. No one has looked at it at your company. It needs to be stressed that this is after 5 weeks at your depot/warehouse. I contacted your helpdesk and the gentleman that took the call (Mogamat Robertson). After liaising with his team leader. Said that I should return everything to your depot. I received a waybill via email that was to be affixed to the box containing the items. The collection address reflected my old work address which I left a year ago. So clearly they would not be able to collect anything from there. I then forwarded these to Mogamat and to Alicia Rhodes with the address details where these items are to be collected from. It is now the 6/3/2015 and still no response. Online it says that the cellphones have a cancelled status and the e-reader a rejected status. Not sure what I need to do next.
