Incompetent service.

Complaint / review text:
One month later and still no refund. Back to square one. Wrong account for refund. The more I tell them the account number was wrong, so the refund could not have been done. The dumber they get. I have provided about 5 different people including the finance department with the correct banking details. But still no satisfactory answer. I think the next best thing is to go to the newspaper. Maybe if the whole of the country read about the disgusting service they will improve their service. Is their really not one person in that Company that can sort this problem?
