Complaint / review text:
I placed an order for a text book on the 10 February 2015, it said it will take 14 working days to be delivered, a month later the book has still not been delivered. I placed numerous calls to the call centre and dealt with Nathan, who told me that he will see that my book be delivered on Thursday the 5 March. I am a student and will be writing my exam tomorrow, Friday the 13 March and how am I supposed to pass if I haven't got my study material which I ordered well in advance. I would like to know how plans on correcting this situation as I will now be paying for a book that I will be receiving after I have written my exam, which is unacceptable.
