Because I did not have an eBay account, I used Pay Pal to pay for a purchase. While on the website, I made a quantity change however it somehow defaulted to the wrong size. I made the purchase, tried to stop it but it was shipped very fast.
It's a major process to return and get credit, plan on a few hours at the least. After finding out I needed to go through Pay Pal to initiate the refund, I did as asked. I paid the return shipping to the vendor, provided Pay Pal the tracking info and complete details of the order. You have 10 days to provide the tracking info so they can confirm receipt at the vendor and process the refund. I show it arrived at the vendor however 2 weeks after sent, Pay Pal said I provided bad info, the claim/refund process for my $100 is closed, try to workout directly with the vendor.
Overall, pay pal is not honest nor reliable.
