Complaint / review text:
I had text books delivered last week (which I wait weeks for and this was a first to wait this long) and as I opened the box I noticed that one of the textbooks ("Doing Research in Business & Management") had two tears on the cover and one page had a piece of the top corner torn out. I was so surprised that I showed a colleague but I wasn't that upset to complain.
That changed this morning when I looked at the "Strategic Management - Supplement for Southern Africa" text book which has an entire page torn, and the main text book is also slight damaged (it appears that it may have been dropped on the spine).
I've had to pay over R1800 for these books and I must be given sub-quality textbooks. Where is the QA process???
This is totally unacceptable - just think that if this were books bought as gifts, the embarrassment of giving it to someone, NO I would not be able to bring my self to do that!!!
