Complaint / review text:
I ordered 2 fabrics - online I was charged on my credit card and 3 days later I get an email saying only 1 item was shipped, the other wasn't in stock and I would have to reorder later. No refund on my credit card yet - IF I wanted to order again I will have to pay shipping "handling" and duty again (since I live in Canada) When I asked to have the whole order cancelled they said "Sorry" we don't do that.
What a joke they have lost a customer for LIFE! The sad thing is the items showed in stock on line - and had they contacted me first I would have asked them to hold the one item until both were in.
What a joke of a company. I wish I had checked here before ordering - it seems to be a common problem for this company.
