Order was placed on Monday 23 March 2015 as a birthday gift. Asked the sales person taking my order if it can be delivered to Ulundi, KZN on the 24 March 2015. Confirmed by Netflorist. Today the 24th March 2015 I have been told that they don't service that area every day but only be there on the 25th March 2015. Only reason i choose Netflorist was there commitment for delivery on the 24th March 2015.
On their website - Parcel tracking showed the parcel dispatched for delivery on the 24th March, only to be changed to 'Item could not be delivered, return to Hub'.
Really? Disappointed in your sales tactics, misleading sale and ill-advised sales person.
