So i called the woolworths financial services call centre this morning to get the banking details so i can payment into my loan account. The first consultant gives me the following details: ABSA, Savings Account, account number 407226371 and a ref number. Normally the ref number should be my loan account number but it belonged to another client so i got suspicious and i asked to be put through to another consultant and i ended up at the debt recovery debt, Rhona then asked me for my id number and then put me on hold, another consultant Zodwa picks up the phone, then Zodwa proceeded with the verification process and when i asked her to confirm banking details, she gave me another account number totally different from the above. What is going on there, now im left wondering which account number is correct and where my money is going. Surely something as simple as bank acc details should be easy to give out. 3 consultants to give me one simply bank account details.
