After lodging a complaint to Game about non-availability of stock of their advertised Table Tennis board last week. Eventually Game delivered the product to me on Monday the 13th of April. Immediately upon inspection of the product I noticed scratches on the outside board. I proceeded to open up the packaging to see if the rest of the board was in acceptable condition. I then found further scratches on the board and dents on the side wall of the product. I am not sure if this is how the product left the store, or if this was damaged by the delivery team on route to my delivery address. I am appalled and shocked that Game would deliver a product in this state to a customer. I have been a loyal customer to Game for many years and have always commended them on their brilliant, World class service. I was not expecting this from Game. Dissapointed customer.
