This is my very 1st experience with Net Florist, Ordering Online, I placed an order on the 09/04/2015 for my mum's Birthday on the 22nd April 2015, i sent through the proof of payment on the 09th of April twice and a few days later i checked on my profile and it showed ORDER released!!! So I was under the impression that all was in order until 16:00pm today. When i called Net Florist, only to find out why i hadn't received my mom's birthday gift. The consultant on the other side, told me that and i quote "ONLY Received the proof of payment today." what a dumb excuse, i cannot even get over this shock. I also placed an order with netflorist for my husbands birthday on the 01st of May 2015 and now i am seriously considering cancelling it... Mum's birthday is today!!! What good will it be for her flowers to be delivered tomorrow??? If that was the case i would have gone to the florist down the road. Extremely disappointed. My 1st experience with NETFLORIST is a very frustrating one. Never again will i order from netflorist... NEVER
Details of my order: O/No: 800508998 Order Date: April 9,2015, Delivery Date: April 22,2015 But was changed to the 23rd of April without my CONSENT!!!
