Well let's see I ordered a pair of polarized crosshair 2.0 on March 21,2014 they came on March 28,2014 right around 5 pm as soon as I opened them there we're find scratched on one of the lenses so I immediately called them, they explained how I would have to send them back and wait for them to be processed then they would be able to ship me a new pair, I needed the glasses for vacation in a week so I explained I would buy another pair of the 2.0 and have them rushed delivered so I have them before my vacation the rep even waived the overnight delivery and also gave me a percentage off the new ones. They get here, I go to vacation I come back mind you I sent the glasses out the same day they came. I call just to see if they have received them no, no, no (multiple calls) it's now April 8 they finally receive them that same day I get an email saying that the returns department is closed from 4/9-4/13 and except delays then said 10-15 business days so once again I call every week and they keep saying they have not even been checked in and that it's 10-15 days once there checked in which I find strange because my email never said that, April 25th 2014 I call again the guy tells me that my 237.60 should be returned by Tuesday at the latest May 1st 2014 still nothing I call them the guy says there not showing checked in yet!!! I freakin lost it it's now been 18 business days one and technically I sent these glasses back march 28th so it's been a long freaking time then the guy says my " lead" which I'm going to assume is a type of supervisor is calling the returns department right now and is going to get your money returned back to you today???
Of course now this is an option after I got upset, I got so upset I told him I was writing a review and I would never ever order from Oakley again and I hung up, I know I should not of hung up but I was so fed up with this, I could not deal with it.
So here's my review and I will re post once my money is returned but don't wait because I'm sure it's going to be a long while, oh btw my office has 457 employees and of course I'm copying this post and sending a mass email out as well as to twitter and Facebook on how never to order from Oakley.
