Worst expierence to date!!!
I ordered flowers on Monday 04/05/2015 at 09:44am to be delivered on the same day before 14:30. At around 11:00am I logged onto NetFlorist to track my order, and it stated that the "order item out for delivery". Nothing was delivered on Monday 04/05/2015.
I assumed that it should then certainly be part of the first deliveries of Tuesday 05/05/2015. At around 13:00 I call NetFlorist with my order number (101086759) and they informed me that the order was on its way. The operator confirmed that the delivery had to be made before 14:30. I proceeded to complaint that the delivery was not made on the time and date requested, he apologised and said it would be escalated.
Nevertheless, the flowers were NOT delivered on Tuesday 05/05/2015. This is NOT the first time this has happened with NetFlorist. They don't even get back to you regarding the complaint or at the least just inform you that the delivery was not made and explain what the problem is.
