Complaint / review text:
I have never been so appalled by the ill treatment that I have received from WOOLWORTH management as well as the security company that security Guard works for.
On March 12th 2015 I had a complaint on one of the security guard that was following us all around the store, at first when we were at the ladies clothes he was there when we moved to the shoes department he was there and then lastly we were at the Food department he was there too. I asked the guard to stop following us cause at that moment I felt offended as too why he would be following us, the guard gave me attitude I asked for his name he said that his name is NOBODY!!! I had to ask for the manager he then walked away saying that he will not wait for that. The manager Came his name is Jabu Jele, the guard even in front of Jabu the manager was not apologetic at all. Jabu sent an email to all the managers at the store to say this has happened and he cc'ed me on the email. Till today I have never gotten a call from no one at woollies no apologies no nothing. I'm really furious and disappointed at how you guys handle things seriously. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.
SERIOUSLY WOOLWORTHS I'm disgusted.
