Complaint / review text:
I ordered flowers for my mother (Nigel) & sister (Secunda) on the 08/05/2015 to be delivered on 11/05/2015. On the 11th I contacted NetFlorist at 14:31 to enquire if the flowers was delivered. They told me that the flowers for Nigel will be delivered shortly. I received an email this morning stating the flowers was delivered at 09:00 yesterday, which is a lie. I received a call yesterday afternoon at 15:42 from Netflorist to state that they will only be able to deliver the flowers on the 12th due to a shortage of drivers. I said to the lady that it is unacceptable because I ordered it for the 11th. She said that she would phone me back. Up until now I have not received a call back from them. I called this morning at 09:10 to enquire if the flowers was delivered to the Secunda residence. Ntombi contacted the florist and they confirmed they only received the flowers today (12th). Thus again a lie, yesterday it was because of the driver shortage and now it's about the flowers. I spoke to Palesa (Manager), she indicated that their system shows the flowers is for the 12th. I have an email stating the delivery date of the 11th. I expect feedback on this by close of business today.
