Complaint / review text:
I ordered flowers for my mother and my mother in law on 08 May 2015.
Received an order receipt which stated delivery date on 11 May 2015.
Nothing was delivered on the 11th. Today, 12 May 2015, the wrong flowers were delivered to my mother and nothing has been delivered to my mother in law.
I phoned NetFlorist and told them what has happened and the recipient was un-helpful and put the phone down in my ear.
