On the 4th May 2015 I placed and made payment for flowers on Netflorist Website, for delivery on Mother's day in Welkom. I received a confirmation of delivery by email from Netflorist confirming that the flowers were signed for by the recipient in Welkom on Saturday the 9th. Even on the Netflorist website, the order is confirmed as delivered, only to find out that the recipient never got the flowers, and the florist in Welkom when contacted, mentions only today (12th May) that they do not deliver in Welkom.
I want Netflorist not only to replace the order but also let me know how their are going to remedy the situation for the embarrassment this has caused.
