Complaint / review text:
Ordered flowers for mothers day, and payed extra for the delivery on mothers day. Flowers never came. When trying to call customer service, can't get a person on the phone, prompts you to leave a message an someone will get back to you on order status. No one did. The only extension you can reach a person is to place a new order, where they claim they can't access previously placed orders.
When I tracked on their website at 1:30 am (way past mothers day delivery)
This is e-mail i received back:
Your order is logged and currently being filled. Our nationwide network of florists and delivery drivers are constantly updating our logs with completed bouquets, driver assignments and delivery confirmations. However, some of these updates may be delayed by changing delivery routes, florist backlog, and additional delivery attempts.
We will confirm your order delivery via email or text message (if you chose that option) as soon as our system is updated.
