Complaint / review text:
I received my daughter's 1st birthday outfit and the diaper cover was a size 4 which was way too big. Also, one of the "two" rhinestones fell off of the bow within minutes of taking it out of the box. I contacted Stacy who is the owner via text since she only accepts emails (which she doesn't respond to) and text messages. I was told to mail it back the next day and I would receive a replacement within the next 2 weeks before her party.
Three weeks later and I never received the replacement and when I text her she said she didn't have my size and would have to refund me. A week later and I don't have a refund so I sent another text message. Eight days later still no reply. I just text her again and she told me she would send me the "ORIGINAL DIAPER COVER". I told her I want the refund promised as the party is over and her response was "Fine". I told told her I wanted to know when I will be getting my refund and her exact reply was "I dont know i did the refund already so it could be 3 to 5 business days i dont control how the banking system processes refunds please dont text anymore thank you"... I'm sure I won't get any refund! She has horrible customer service skills and must not care what reviews her company receives.
She just recently changed the name from "Posh Baby Store" to "Posh birthday store" Could it be due to all of the complaints?
Do not order from posh birthday store - owner is stacy out of washington state!!!
